Each doll or doll lot (sold as a group) has a number pinned to her (or them). This is a useful way for you and the seller to identify the doll(s). Please put the doll's number in the subject line of your inquiry.
All dolls are sold as you see them in the picture and as indicated in the description. Please ask ALL questions up front as this is a final sale with no returns. Some suggested questions to ask:
1. Does she have eyelashes?
2. Are there any stains?
3. Are the limbs loose and floppy or tight?
4. Does her hair mechanism work?
5. Any chews, bites, or tears?
Shipping fees:
Costs vary for shipping the dolls; it is based on where you live. We love to combine items to ship in one carton. When you inquire about availability, please supply your zip code. By pre-packing your order, having it weighed at the post office, and using your zip code, your shipping costs will be determined. Tracking numbers are recommended to protect all involved.
When your inquiry is received, the seller will provide information on condition, etc. Please refer to the doll's number so that you and the seller will be talking about the same item. Again, please put the doll's number in the subject line.

No returns accepted.
Regarding shipping quotes to Australia: Unfortunately, the rate of exchange CHARGED BY PAYPAL is huge, and the seller will have to eat the costs. So with sincerest apologies, the seller is unable to send shipments to Australia.
